What a breath of fresh air!I run a small web application business in the local area and have dealt with a few of the ‘too good to be true’ SEO organisations that promise the world for very little money. Web design FAQs

Will I own the website?

Yes. 100% from day one. And if you ever want to move to another agency we will fully co-operate.

How long will it take for my website to go live?

It usually takes 6 - 8 weeks. A bit longer for e-commerce, about 10 - 12 weeks.

Do you use templates?

No. We use WordPress and it's all bespoke. Any design you can think of, we can make it.

Does Digital Mark host my new site?

Yes we can but we don't have to. You are free to use any host you wish.

Will you setup my emails?

Yes we'll setup email for you. We recommend microsoft office 365.

Can you edit my existing website?

We can but we won't always take that kind of work on. Sometimes we find websites that are a lost cause and it would be cheaper to just start again. If that's the case we'll let you know.

Will you support my website once it's live?

Absolutley. Talk to us about the kind of support you think you'll need and we'll put a package in place for you.

My last website got hacked. How do you handle security?

We use WP Engine for hosting. It's pretty much the fastest and most secure hosting money can buy. We can also setup 2 factor login authorisation on request and we always install a firewall on every website we launch. Not to mention we take daily backups of all our websites. We can't 100% say you won't get hacked, but you're as safe as you can be with us.

I don't want to use WordPress. Can you still help?

Maybe. We're adept in Python and .net. Depends on the size of your project. We're only a small team.
